Sheet Pan Vegetables

this is the most boring rec, but these sheet pan veggies are insanely good. they come pre-seasoned with magic, and all you need is to roast them up with a little olive oil. i dump piles on buttered pasta noodles with lots of freshly cracked pepper. perfection!
